About Our Art Program
The Romans Global Foundation Art Program is a year-round initiative that uses visual storytelling to bridge generations, cultures, and communities across Ghana and Los Angeles. Rooted in our mission to elevate creative entrepreneurship, our art programming includes exhibitions, portrait commissions, public installations, upcycled art projects that bring out the full potential in our creative ecosystem.
We commission both emerging and established artists to produce impactful works that reflect the social, cultural, and historical narratives of our time.
Through curated showcases, artist residencies, and youth mentorships, the program creates sustainable career pathways and sparks conversations that inspire.
Whether through our Black Legacy Leaders portrait series, Upcycled art ecosystem, or community-led design projects, our goal is to make art a vehicle for transformation, dialogue, and lasting economic community impact.

Ghana Artist from Cape Coast
Isaac Yeboah Senior is a Ghanaian artist from Nsawam who trained at the Cape Coast Technical Institute. He developed his skills under expert guidance, exploring diverse mediums and styles.
Isaac uses his work as a tool for storytelling, evoking emotions, and shedding light on social issues.
Michael Mensah
Ghana Artist from Kumasi
Michael Mensah, known artistically as Mikelmens, is a Ghanaian visual artist based in Accra,
whose work seamlessly blends figurative and abstract elements through his innovative use of
acrylics on canvas. He developed a distinctive style characterized by
vibrant color strips that symbolize the emotional and energetic depth of his subjects.
Boateng Afari Rudolpf
Ghana Artist from Koforidua
Boateng Afari Rudolf, an artist from Koforidua, Ghana, now based in Kumasi, blends traditional
and modern techniques to create works ranging from abstract to realistic contemporary art. A
formally trained painter and sculptor with a self-taught edge, his art explores themes of empathy,
love, and family, forging deep connections with viewers.
Sherrick Enriquez
South LA Artist from Belize City, Belize
Sherrick Enriquez is a talented artist from Belize who was raised in Los Angeles.
His artwork is deeply influenced by his multicultural background, starting from his experiences in Belize City and further shaped by the diverse culture of Los Angeles.
Selim Ayer
Ghana Digital Artist from Accra
Selim Ayer is a digital collage artist from Accra, Ghana, whose work merges Afrofuturism and
Afro-Surrealism to reimagine African culture through technology. Using digital manipulation, he
blends traditional imagery with futuristic elements to explore identity, culture, and possibility.
